Minimum Order Value
Due to administration costs our Minimum Order is $30.
All retail prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include the 10% GST where applicable. Postage and handling is additional and will added to you order before checkout. Our prices may change at anytime without prior notice due to exchange rate fluctuations and manufacturers price changes. We always aim to keep prices as low as possible so that you can rely on us to be as competitive as we can when it comes to our prices.
Out of Stock Items
Every effort is made to keep our products in stock and our stock figures as accurate as possible. From time to time this can fail and something reported in stock can be missing. Any orders affected by this will be amended and another confirmation emails of the amended order will be sent as soon as possible.
We use Paypal as our main payment option. It is recognised and secure. You can also pay using your credit card through Paypal. We are Paypal Verified.
You can also pay by Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer) – we will confirm you payment is successful when funds have transferred into our account. Please use your invoice number as a reference so we can confirm your payment.

Postage and handling is additional and will added to you order before checkout. Postage and handling are charged as follows:
Flat Rate! – Shipping Charge = $8+gst
Western Australia – Shipping Charge = $15+gst
Outside Western Australia – Shipping Charge = $25+gst
We have done our best to average out the shipping costs – if there is a large difference we will contact you.
Sorry we currently do not ship to the rest of the world.
Care is taken to pack your goods in a way to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. All orders available from stock should be shipped within 2 working days, once payment has been received / cleared. All efforts are made to ship everything as soon as possible.
If Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer) is chosen as your payment method please allow up to 2 working days for the funds to be made available in our account. We check our bank everyday to minimize delays. All orders are shipped using Australia Post, and carry a return address in case of a mis-routed delivery.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
Oh no – your Mokoh purchase is damaged or incorrect!
If you order something and it is supplied incorrectly or a product is faulty, we will rectify the situation as soon as possible and send you the correct item. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our contact form. In the case of the incorrect item being sent, we would appreciate your not opening it unless you are sure you’d like to keep it. All claims must be made within a reasonable time from the delivery date.
Change of Mind:
Don’t worry if you change your mind! We are happy to help.
The goods must be returned at the customers cost and sealed as new, in their original packaging. You can request the right to return any goods by email and or telephone. We are happy to refund the total order cost, but not return postage.
Note that a minimum order of AU$250 (exc. GST – wholesale value) is required for the first order. Minimum reorder is AU$150. Accounts that have not made a wholesale purchase within the last twelve months are subject to a minimum reorder of AU$250 exc. GST.
Delivery within 2 weeks of full payment unless otherwise advised. All orders are proudly handmade in Western Australia to order. Sorry, we do not refund or accept returns on unwanted items.
